Senior Associate Lawyer

Applicants

-              must be experienced in civil, property and contract  law

-              must have no less than 10 years experience as a lawyer

-              must have no less than 7 years experience representing clients in the High Court

-              must have no less than 7 years direct advocacy and dispute resolution experience

-              must be competent in drafting legal documents and proceedings

-              must be competent in legal research

-              must be competent in drafting legal opinions

-              must be competent in advising and representing clients

Applicants must also:

-             be in good standing and have been admitted to practice at the Bar

-              have the ability to represent individual and business clients

-              have excellent client handling skills

-              have excellent time management and sound organizational skills

-            have excellent case management skills

-              have a high level of professionalism

-              have the ability to work independently and in a team environment

-               have well developed human relations skills

-              have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally both orally and in writing
