SECURITY MANAGER

Castle Security is seeking an experienced and highly driven Security Manager to lead private/proprietary security operations and personnel.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle.

• Age requirement: 25–47 years.

• Minimum 3 years in a managerial role overseeing private/proprietary security operations and personnel.
  A security or military background is an asset.

• Strong leadership abilities with excellent oral and written communication skills.

• High ethical standards and integrity.

• Mandatory: Strong knowledge of Guyana labour laws, business practices, auditing, and compliance procedures within an organizational context.

• Education: Certificate or diploma in Security Management from an accredited institution.
  Must demonstrate an understanding of laws governing the private security industry in Guyana, including the establishment of supernumerary constables.
