JOB OBJECTIVE: Maintain daily operational oversight of the area 24/7, 365 days a year. Knowledge Essential: Office tools (Word, Excel, Internet, Email) Important: English Excluded: Autocad, Photoshop / Illustrator / Corel Draw Personality Traits

 

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION – RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Supervise the private security service provider:
    • Attendance control
    • Fulfillment of assigned posts
    • Compliance with post instructions
    • Coordinate daily tasks with the general supervisor
    • Report service quality to General Manager
    • Conduct training for security personnel
  2. Monitor performance of Monitoring Center staff.
  3. Coordinate CCTV technician tasks for optimal system performance and preventive maintenance.
  4. Implement system improvements and optimize camera placement.
  5. Periodically evaluate operators’ system knowledge with and without time constraints.
  6. Coordinate daily tasks with other operational areas.
  7. Attend merchandise destruction events to ensure proper execution.
  8. In cases of criminal proceedings against employees or contractors for theft, oversee the process on-site with authorities.
  9. Propose cross-checks with Operations to enhance anti-fraud management.
  10. Randomly inspect merchandise shipments.
  11. Review digital recordings of relevant events stored in the Control Operations Center.
  12. Coordinate internal emergency procedures for power outages, accidents, and disasters, enforcing evacuation protocols.
  13. Ensure compliance with security procedures by managers, employees, and third-party personnel.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of all information, images, recordings, and acquisition methods.
  15. Directly intervene in serious security breaches and report immediately to the General Manager.
  16. Provide initial response to medical emergencies in company workspaces.
  17. Collaborate with police and other authorities as needed; maintain regular contact.
  18. Respond to declared thefts of company transport via satellite tracking and notify the General Manager.
  19. Randomly supervise merchandise escorts in transit to/from port/airport.
  20. Compile monthly statistics on audited cash operations, recovered stolen goods, legal proceedings, and other operational metrics.
  21. Maintain anti-fraud surveillance on suspicious cash operations. Must fully understand the billing system to cross-reference data with video footage.
