SAP Project Lead

A reputable organization in the hospitality industry is seeking suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of SAP Implementation Project Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and delivery oversight for a major enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA implementation programme.

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle from project initiation through post-go-live stabilisation.
• Establish and maintain strong project governance structures, including Steering Committee reporting and escalation frameworks.
• Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership, business units, IT, and external implementation partners.
• Oversee business process mapping, gap analysis, and future-state solution design to align system capabilities with business objectives.
• Lead data migration, system integration, and interface management to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
• Direct all testing phases, including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Drive change management initiatives, user training programmes, and adoption strategies.
• Lead go-live planning, execution, hypercare support, and post-implementation optimisation.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery and long-term system stability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Management, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in in ERP or enterprise systems project management.

• SAP S/4HANA Certification (preferred).

• Demonstrated leadership of complex, cross-functional programm

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.
