SALES REPRESENTATIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the construction sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate construction solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
• Collaborate with project managers and design teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Follow up on leads and conduct outreach to expand the customer base.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Keep informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new products/services.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
• Established network within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
