SALES MANAGER

Job Description - Sales Manager

• Lead sales team to strategize and execute sales targets
• Liaise with sales team and customer to ensure orders are accurate
• Liaise with production manager to satisfy customer timelines and specifications
• Provide feedback to sales team re their performance and provide techniques for improvement
• Promptly respond to client calls, e-mails, and live chats in accordance with our policies and procedures
• Assist walk-in customers – Providing advice on our various products and services
• Handle all customer concerns or complaints in a timely manner
• Monitor and manage a team schedule
• Prepare invoices and estimates to be e-mailed to clients in a timely manner using Quickbooks
• Follow up with clients by either telephone or e-mail to ensure that invoices and estimates have been received
• Follow up with potential clients to help garner business for the company
• Sales manager will be required to learn the technicalities and functions or each production, including but not limited to materials and accurate measurements
• Sales manager will be fully responsible for the performance of the sales team

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferable in the Business Management or related field
• At least 2 years of experience working in either retail, manufacturing, sales or customer service at a management level
• Must possess excellent customer service skills
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be highly organized and self-motivated
• Will be required to work flexible hours including weekends
• Must have a driver’s license minimum of two (2) years
• Must be able to work in a high paced environment
