SALES

We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of Sales Supervisor.

The individual will directly supervise a small team within the Operations department, carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. He/she must possess good leadership skills with the ability to drive successful performance of a team. Proven sales/outbound experience (preferably in the BPO industry) with the ability to effectively coach and motivate a team of sales representatives is required.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Coaches and develops team of sales agents/representatives to achieve their individual performance goals as well as team goals.

• Monitoring, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance.

• Rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with team members, effectively monitor, and evaluate job performance and coach and develop team members as needed

• Develop and maintain relationships with peers across departments.

Education / Experience

• Diploma in relevant field OR minimum 1 year proven BPO sales and leadership experience

• MS Office proficient (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
