Job Summary

The Roustabout is responsible for supporting day-to-day oilfield operations through general labor, equipment handling, and site maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one (1) year of oilfield experience, demonstrate strong safety awareness, and be able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general oilfield labor duties, including site cleanup, equipment setup, and material handling
• Support rig-up, rig-down, and routine maintenance activities
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA regulations at all times
• Assist skilled crew members as required (e.g., operators, technicians)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free worksite
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 1 year of prior oilfield experience as a Roustabout or in a similar role
• Basic understanding of oilfield operations and equipment
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and performing manual labor for extended periods
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to operational schedules
