Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and safety-driven Roughneck to support offshore midstream operations. The Roughneck will perform physically demanding tasks related to deck operations, equipment handling, and general offshore support, ensuring operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with offshore standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform manual labour related to offshore operations, including lifting, hauling, and positioning equipment
• Assist with pipe handling, rig-up/rig-down activities, and general deck operations
• Operate hand tools and basic mechanical equipment in a safe and controlled manner
• Support routine inspection, maintenance, and cleaning of offshore equipment and work areas
• Follow permit-to-work systems, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions at all times
• Participate in safety meetings, drills, and emergency response activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
Requirements
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of oilfield experience performing duties as a Roughneck
• Tubing & DP hydraulic Tong operation experience
• Experience working on a HWU is a plus
• Valid T-BOSIET certificate
• Valid UKOA / offshore medical certification
• Physically fit and capable of performing strenuous manual labor
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts under a 28/28 rotational schedule
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work effectively as part of an offshore crew
