 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Room Service department, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders.

• Manage, train, and motivate the Room Service team to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.

• Monitor inventory of supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.

• Handle guest complaints and special requests efficiently, resolving issues to ensure complete guest satisfaction.

• Work collaboratively with the culinary and front office teams to ensure a smooth flow of communication and service.

• Maintain strict adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

• Demonstrate high levels of professionalism, excellent customer service, and an impeccable service attitude.

 Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a Room Service, Food & Beverage, or hospitality environment.

• Associate's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards and hotel operations.

• Good physical health and stamina to handle the demands of a fast-paced environment.
