Our client in the financial service sector is seeking to recruit a dynamic Risk & Compliance Officer to lead its compliance operations and risk management framework. This position is responsible for ensuring full adherence to regulatory standards, building a strong risk-aware culture, and safeguarding the organization’s integrity through effective policies, procedures, and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee compliance with FIU, AML/CFT, Credit Union Act, and Cooperative Societies Act.
• Manage compliance programs, conduct policy reviews, and prepare regulatory reports.
• Lead AML/KYC due diligence, audits, and compliance training.
• Develop and monitor risk management strategies, internal controls, and stress testing.
• Provide regular risk and compliance reports to the Manager and Board.
• Foster a culture of accountability, ethics, and compliance across the Credit Union.
• Supervise team performance, training, and departmental operations.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional certification in Risk or Compliance (CAMS, CRISC, AMLCA) preferred.
• At least 2–5 years’ experience in compliance/risk management within a financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, fraud prevention, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in report writing, risk analysis, and policy development.

Salary range: $10,000.00 to $15,000.00 per month.
