About the Role:
At Blue Diamond Resorts, we are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team in Negril, Jamaica. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective revenue strategies to maximize hotel profitability, optimize pricing, and enhance occupancy levels.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends, competitive performance, and historical data to forecast demand and optimize revenue opportunities
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies across all market segments and distribution channels
  • Monitor and manage inventory, rate parity, and availability in coordination with Sales, Reservations, and Operations teams
  • Lead revenue meetings and provide insightful reports on performance, KPIs, and revenue opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Revenue team to align strategies with brand standards and company goals
  • Ensure data accuracy across systems, including PMS, CRS, and channel managers
  • Identify areas of opportunity and recommend action plans to drive RevPAR and total revenue growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of revenue management systems, distribution platforms, and OTA extranet management
  • Proficiency in data analysis and Excel; experience with tools such as STR, Ideas, Duetto, or similar is a plus
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
  • Fluent in English
