The Revenue Account Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and integrity of CAGE’s revenue streams across its gaming operations.

 

Job Summary:

The Revenue Account Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and integrity of CAGE’s revenue streams across its gaming operations. This individual will be responsible for verifying weekly statements and collection reports, reviewing exceptions to guarantee deposits, granting approvals within established authority limits, and ensuring compliance with market-specific requirements for agent/retailers onboarding. The ideal candidate will combine strong accounting and analytical skills with an understanding of the gaming industry’s regulatory and operational environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, revenue management, or audit; gaming or regulated industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reconciliations, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience working with multi-market or multi-currency operations is an asset.
  • Proficiency in accounting and ERP systems (experience with Great Plains (Microsoft) or similar platforms and advantage).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity and commitment to ethical financial practices.

Special Job Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of and analytical skills pertinent to accounts receivable, allowance for bad debts, IAS standards, depreciation, taxation policies and related legal issues.
  • Proficiency in Dynamics Great Planes, Quickbooks, or other accounting software.
  • Proficiency in Excel spreadsheet applications.
  • High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Verification & Reconciliation.
  • Review, reconcile, and validate weekly agent statements and collection reports across multiple markets.
  • Investigate discrepancies and variances, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where necessary.
  • Oversee reconciliation of guaranteed deposits and identify exceptions requiring approval.
  • Agent/Retailers Oversight & Market Compliance
  • Review and assess each market’s criteria for agent onboarding and continued participation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and contractual obligations in agent approval processes.
  • Recommend improvements to market controls and onboarding requirements.
  • Financial Controls & Approvals
  • Review exceptions to guarantee deposits, making recommendations and approvals within delegated authority.
  • Ensure all approvals are documented, transparent, and compliant with internal controls.
  • Support the Finance Department in implementing and strengthening revenue assurance processes.
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare accurate and timely revenue and collection reports for management review.
  • Provide insights into trends, risks, and opportunities related to agent performance and market activity.
  • Collaborate with management to develop revenue performance dashboards and KPIs.
  • Collaboration & Support
  • Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment of revenue management practices.
  • Assist auditors and regulators by providing accurate documentation and reconciliations when required.
  • Support training and knowledge transfer to operational staff regarding statement reporting and revenue procedures.
