What You’ll Do

Customer Functions

•Greet customers with a smile when entering or leaving the store

•Scan goods, ensure pricing is accurate, and manage transactions

•Collect payments (cash or debit/credit) and issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges

•Redeem coupons, stamps, and run promotions

•Cross-sell and introduce customers to new products

•Provide information and help resolve customer concerns

Store Functions

•Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas

•Track transactions and report any discrepancies

•Bag, box, or gift-wrap items

•Pack products onto shelves and create eye-catching displays

•Ensure store cleanliness and organization

•Assist customers when asked and ring up purchases

Inventory Functions

•Check back stock daily and refill shelves as needed

•Audit shelves to ensure accuracy with system records

•Monitor daily expiries and rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out)

•Report low-stock items promptly

•Assist with deliveries, invoice checks, and system updates

•Keep storage areas neat and labeled

•Flag damaged or unsellable goods

What We’re Looking For

•Computer literate

•High school diploma or equivalent

•Well-groomed and professional appearance

•Excellent customer service and communication skills

•Strong English (spoken and written)

•Ability to prioritize tasks and follow processes

•Fit enough for a full retail environment

•Flexible schedule (including weekends on rotation)

📍 Location & Hours

•Central

•Preference given to candidates living within 30–40 minutes away

•Minimum 40 hours per week

Pay 

$3360 per month with possible incentives on top
