The Restaurant Supervisor will oversees daily dining operations to ensure smooth service, quality food and a positive guest experience.

  • Front of House (FOH) & Back of House (BOH) oversight

  • Handling guest complaints and special requests
  • Leading team communication (pre-service meetings, morale, discipline)
  • Monitoring POS reports, sales, and performance metrics
