As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll oversee daily restaurant operations, motivate staff, and ensure every guest enjoys the warm, festive atmosphere that defines our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and hospitality.
• Create and sustain a lively, welcoming, and festive mood for guests and team members alike.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, with some cooking knowledge preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, plus basic accounting knowledge (must be supported by certificates).
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Availability to work flexible shifts (minimum 9-hour shifts).

 Compensation

 Base Salary: TTD $6,000 per month
 Plus: Attractive commission structure based on performance
