We are seeking experienced, hands-on restaurant leaders to join our Church's Chicken management teams across multiple locations.
Shift Managers oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring strong customer service, food safety, cost control, and team performance. This role is highly operational and requires strong attention to detail, leadership on the floor, and effective decision-making.
Key Focus Areas:
Leading day to day shift operations and opening/closing procedures
Achieving sales, labour, food cost, and service targets
Supervising, coaching, and deploying crew members effectively
Ensuring product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards
Managing cash controls, audits, reports, and inventory procedures
Handling customer concerns and escalating issues appropriately
Line Managers are responsible for the efficient and profitable running of shifts, with a strong emphasis on team supervision, asset control, inventory management, and operational compliance.
Key Focus Areas:
Coordinating shift activities to achieve operational and performance objectives
Supervising restaurant staff and promoting teamwork
Ensuring restaurant equipment are effectively cleaned, maintained and kept in good working order
Controlling cash, stock, and equipment assets
Managing inventory counts, ordering, and stock balancing
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and reporting requirements
Resolving customer complaints and supporting a positive guest experience
