An established luxury resort in the Caribbean is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a high-end dining operation. The role suits a service-driven leader with strong luxury restaurant experience and a passion for guest excellence.

Do you have a minimum of 3 years management experience with a luxury restaurant? Profile: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, acquired in a dynamic, luxury resort of hospitality service is required. Knowledge of MyFourchette and Micros an asset. Knowledge of Forbes and LQA Standards preferred. Ability to communicate at all levels – excellent listening, verbal & written communication skills. Full Fluency of the English language, both written and spoken. Fluency in a second language an asset. These roles require job holders to be able to work flexible hours. Applicable certifications/degrees preferable. Valid Driver's License.
