Has overall responsibility for managing the daily operations of a Restaurant ensuring delivery of guest satisfaction, staff retention and profitability.
Direct efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products to maximize guest satisfaction
Ensure that people development is treated as a high priority
Ensure preventative maintenance of restaurant facility and equipment is completed in accordance with company standards
Motivates and directs team members to exceed customer expectations with fast and friendly service
Enforces compliance with Government regulations, Franchiser policies and procedures relating to all restaurant activities
Maintains inventory, manages labour and applies financial reporting analysis to enhance restaurant results
Resolve customer and staff complaints
Ensure team members display proper image and adhere to policies, procedures and standards as outlined by the Company
Ensure workstations are cleaned and organized according to Brand and local Health Authorities' standards
Perform cash management responsibilities
Conduct restaurant opening and closing per procedures and policies
Serve customer according to company and specific brand procedures and guidelines
Supervise activities to ensure the preparation of high-quality products consistent with the ompany's and Brand's guidelines and procedures
Administer cleaning and sanitizing of all equipment and restaurant facility
