Located in Kingston & St.Andrew:

The Restaurant Manager will oversees daily dining operations to ensure smooth service, quality food and a positive guest experience.

Primary Goal

To manage people and processes in a way that delivers:

Core Responsibilities

  • Front of House (FOH) & Back of House (BOH) oversight

  • Staff hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision

  • Maintaining service standards and customer satisfaction

  • Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and compliance

  • Handling guest complaints and special requests

  • Leading team communication (pre-service meetings, morale, discipline)

  • Monitoring POS reports, sales, and performance metrics

  • Budgeting and understanding restaurant financials (food cost, labour, etc.)
