Job Summary 

We are looking for a motivated, flexible restaurant manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and bar.
The Ideal candidate must have experience overseeing restaurant and bar in the hospitality field, enjoys customer service and eager to develop their skills in restaurant management. 
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day to day operations of the company's restaurant and bar operations 
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food service 
  • Ability to support the kitchen staff in meal prepping during busy periods 
  • Oversee and assist with bartending services as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards
Skill and Qualification 
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in hospitality, restaurant or kitchen environment 
  • Basic understanding of food preparations and bartending services
  • Strong mutli-tasking and problem solving skills 
  • Willingness to assist 
  • Positive Attitude towards work, excellent written and verbal communication 
  • Eagerness to learn and grow into a leadership position 
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
