The Business and Employment Centre is recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Resort Sales Representative. We’re seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to help promote all tours offered by the company.

JOB TITLE: DEPARTMENT: RESORT SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Core Function:

Under the direction of the Sales & Marketing Manager the Resort Sales Representative is responsible to promote all tours offered by the company within hotels and throughout the industry through orientations, promotional activities and issuing print material advertising the tours. Maintain strategic relationships with resort influencers, in an effort to provide up close and personalized service. The aim is drive sales to the profitable tours, achieve sales targets and to consistently identify opportunities for sales growth.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales and revenue targets across assigned properties.
  • Host hotel orientations, in‑house promotions, and sales presentations while maintaining full knowledge of all tours, scripts, and orientation times.
  • Ensure all dispatched tours are properly processed, including issuing vouchers/tickets and confirming client readiness.
  • Maximize sales opportunities at assigned hotels by focusing efforts on high‑potential properties while monitoring all locations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with hotel staff, external reps, DMCs, and influencers to drive bookings and grow territory performance.
  • Ensure all marketing materials—including brochures, posters, and video displays—are properly stocked, visible, and up to standard.
  • Safeguard, maintain, and report on all marketing equipment; immediately note any misuse, loss, or damage.
  • Conduct regular in‑person sales visits and presentations to prospective and existing customers while maintaining a current database of contacts.
  • Provide accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports while maintaining effective communication with Sales and Operations teams.
  • Demonstrate professional grooming, punctuality, adaptability to change, and compliance with safety, service, and company standards, performing additional duties as required.

Education and Experience: (Minimum Requirements)

  • Minimum 4 CXC subjects including English and Mathematics
  • Minimum Three (3) years in a related position in Tourism Industry.
  • Foreign language (Spanish/French/Italian/German) is an asset.
  • Excellent Computer skills and proficiency at Microsoft Office suite and basic technology literacy is essential.
