Reservations Manager

Apes Hill Resort Inc., a world premier golf resort and community, is seeking to recruit a highly dynamic and motivated individual to join our Guest Experience team as Reservations Manager.

The Reservations Manager is responsible for ensuring and maintaining high levels of service and guest satisfaction, as well as maximizing the financial performance of the department. This position will be required to manage the flow of guest queries and resolve any guest-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees all aspects of the reservations process, inclusive of handling queries, managing bookings, confirming reservations and inventory management.
• Creates and implements strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy levels.
• Develops and updates SOPs for the department as required.
• Welcomes and acknowledges all guests.
• Manages all associates within the team to ensure that the service is delivered consistently to meet the company's ultra-luxury standards.
• Reviews and analyses guest satisfaction results and other data to identify areas of improvement.
• Conducts periodic quality checks to ensure that high standards of service are maintained.
• Develops departmental budget and implement strategies to achieve established targets.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• BSc. Degree and/or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in Reservations Management within the Hospitality industry.
• A minimum of three (3) years managerial experience in Reservations Management, Guest Services, Front Desk or related professional area.
• Sound knowledge and understanding of Revenue Management in a luxury environment.
