We are seeking a courteous, organized, and customer-focused Reservation Agent / Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle reservations, provide accurate information about our services, and ensure a seamless experience for guests from booking to pick-up.
A Reservation Agent / Customer Service Representative has the responsibility to provide excellent customer service to all customers on all levels via various communication and media platforms. The process begins at the moment the customer makes first contact with the company, continues during their stay, and ends after the requested service is delivered.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and booking platforms
Process reservations accurately and efficiently using the company’s reservation system
Provide detailed information about tours, transportation options, pricing, and availability
Confirm booking details, collect payments when required, and issue confirmations/invoices
Coordinate daily schedules with dispatch and drivers to ensure timely service delivery
Follow up with guests to confirm arrival times and special requests
Handle customer complaints professionally and provide suitable resolutions
Maintain accurate records of bookings and guest interactions
Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and service quality
Meet and Greet Guests on Arrival and Facilitate a Smooth Departure Process
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education is a plus
Prior experience in customer service or reservations (hospitality/tourism industry preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with reservation systems and CRM tools
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented attitude
Knowledge of Montego Bay and popular Jamaican attractions is an asset
This position requires flexibility, including weekends and public holidays. Shifts may vary depending on arrival schedules and guest demands.
