Reporting to the Replenishment Manager, the Replenishment and Dispatch Officer will provide support to both parent companies to ensure the accurate and timely restocking of all CBL Distribution Centres.

Replenishment and Dispatch Officer - Temporary

Reporting to the Replenishment Manager, the Replenishment and Dispatch Officer will provide support to both parent companies to ensure the accurate and timely restocking of all CBL Distribution Centres while maintaining balanced days of stock across the board based on the company’s inventory policy and avoiding out-of-stock as well as expiry. 

Major Responsibilities

• Monitors all DCs daily inventory levels and compare against capacities 
• Creates all Purchase Orders and Agency Transfers as requested by parent companies.
• Sends confirmation of created Purchase Orders and Agency Transfers to parent companies. 
• Releases Purchase Orders in SAP and e-mail the copies to the warehouse personnel and DC Managers
• Checks daily blocking reports to ensure that available products are not blocked. 
• Provides inventory status information to add to the Daily Inventory Report sent daily. 
• Checks customer orders not posted in SAP daily to see whether inventory availability was the issue and advise Customer Service when to re-order 
• Completes and share all daily reports
• Adheres to all company policies and safety requirements for the role as prescribed by the business 

Academic qualifications and experience required for the job:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics & Supply or related field 

• 1-2 Years’ experience in related field. 

• Be able to assess situations and solve problems while having multiple tasks to attend to. 

• Plan Strategically with regards to demand forecasting and analysis. 
• Highly self-motivated and able to prioritize and track a wide range of tasks
