Relief Van Sales Assistant (Driver)

This role is focused on the distribution and promotion of the Company’s products through the Van Distribution network. You will be required to drive the company vehicle as well as load and off-load the vehicle and prepare it for stock taking by the stock auditors when required.

We are seeking to recruit suitable candidates for the following position in the Van Sales and Distribution Department:

 RELIEF VAN SALES ASSISTANT (DRIVER)

Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Loading and off-loading the Company’s vehicle
• Driving the Company’s vehicle on the assigned route
• Merchandising Company products daily
• Responsible for placement/replacement of all pop material
• Responsible for cleaning of all company displays and products in store
• Ensuring that all products are kept in good condition and are secured at all times
• Responsible for the upkeep of the stock and Tidiness of the Company’s Vehicle
• Responsible for ensuring proper maintenance and upkeep of the Company's vehicle
• Responsible for assigned stock Only when requested to conduct relief sales

 Knowledge and Experience:

• A minimum of 3 CXC passes, which must include Mathematics and English Language
• At minimum of two (2) years Heavy T driving experience
• A minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar environment would be an asset
• Knowledge of Auto Mechanics would be an asset
