About The Role

The Relationship Manager for Platinum Banking recruits and manages a portfolio of up to 350 affluent clients, including domestic, international, and corporate individuals, ensuring they meet the bank’s eligibility criteria. They provide personalized service to drive new business in banking, investment, and fiduciary areas, often meeting clients at their convenience and handling lending responsibilities such as mortgage applications.

About Success

  • Proactively recruit high net worth clients through outreach and referrals.
  • Identify and sell suitable financial products and services based on client needs.
  • Maintain portfolio revenue targets and take corrective actions when needed.
  • Communicate service standards, pricing, and updates clearly and appropriately.
  • Resolve client complaints and queries promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with service agreements and legal standards, including client verification and anti-money laundering rules

About You

  • Experience of relationship management and / or consultative selling desirable.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years in a front-line customer contact role, preferably with previous exposure to a wide range of client segments.
  • Experience of selling banking and / or regulated products is desirable [with appropriate benchmark investment qualifications].
  • High level of knowledge of insurance, taxation and asset protection, estate planning products and services, as it affects non-resident foreign nationals and expatriates.
  • Awareness of appropriate local legislation, to ensure compliance with the Bank’s regulatory requirements, including regulations relating to jobholders’ investment / financial advice responsibilities.
  • Broad knowledge of Personal and Corporate Sector lending products.
