Location: Omega Medical Hospital, Negril, Jamaica or Hotel in Negril/St. Mary

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team at a private hospital located in the scenic Negril area or as one of our Resort Resident Nurses. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care in a modern healthcare environment, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. The candidate for the resort will be assigned to the nursing station of one of our clients in the hospitality industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

•Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established hospital  and medical policies and guidelines.

•Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical histories.

•Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

•Collaborate with physicians, nursing assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met.

•Educate patients and their families on health management, recovery plans, and preventive healthcare.

•Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to hospital or nursing station protocols.

 

Requirements:

 

•Must be a Registered Nurse licensed to practice in Jamaica.

•A minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.

•Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

•Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work effectively under pressure.


NB. Candidate should be prepared to work within two weeks of interview.
