Registered Dental Assistant

We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join a great team. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced professional who is open to relocating and growing their career abroad.

Registered Dental Hygienist Position - Location is Bermuda 

On behalf of a well-established dental practice located on the Island of Bermuda. We are seeking a competent Registered Dental Hygienist, who will play a crucial role in delivering an efficient and pleasant patient experience at the office. You will be part of a unique practice in Bermuda that provides outstanding services in general and cosmetic dentistry, periodontology, and oral & maxillofacial surgery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and classify patients’ oral health conditions and needs.
• Maintain a patient-centered recall system.
• Take vital signs, document, and review medical histories.
• Perform standard treatments, including:
• Scaling and root planing
• Polishing and stain removal
• Teeth whitening
• Applying sealants and fluorides
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, postoperative care, and preventive health practices.
• Prepare materials for impressions and restorations.
• Take and process dental X-rays.
• Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient care.

Key Requirements:

• A diploma or Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene from a program recognized in Bermuda.
• Valid Dental Hygienist license in your current jurisdiction.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience.
• Pleasant and professional personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with dental practice management software.
• Certification to administer local anesthesia.
• Valid passport and willingness to relocate.
