At Blue Diamond Resorts, we are looking for a talented and driven Regional Training & Development Manager to lead learning and development initiatives across our West Indies properties. This role plays a key part in implementing training strategies aligned with our organizational goals and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and adapt corporate training initiatives in the region
• Coordinate training programs, workshops, and development plans
• Support hotel teams in building and executing annual training strategies and budgets
• Evaluate learning outcomes and suggest improvements based on KPIs and employee feedback
• Lead the rollout and optimization of our LMS platform – Blue Diamond Centre
• Identify and coach high-potential team members for career growth
• Foster relationships with academic institutions for scholarships and recruitment

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in training and development, ideally in luxury hospitality
• Strong knowledge of AAA standards and training cycle design
• Experience managing performance evaluation systems and development programs
• Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology or similar
