The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational performance across Amalgamated Security’s businesses, subsidiaries, and joint ventures throughout the Caribbean.

Reports to: Group Executive Leadership
Direct Reports: General Managers in select subsidiaries and joint ventures.
The Regional Operations Manager, works closely with each local General Manager and their management teams, this role supports and drives execution across operations, sales, HR, and marketing to ensure alignment with group priorities and achievement of defined targets.
With a strong operational focus, the Regional Operations Manager plays a key role in addressing critical issues such as manpower shortages, sales underperformance, and service delivery gaps. The role is deeply involved in designing practical solutions, supporting implementation on the ground, and ensuring consistency and accountability across countries.
While day-to-day operations remain with local leadership, the Regional Operations Manager ensures structured follow-through, promotes operational discipline, and drives performance across all subsidiaries and joint ventures. The role also contributes to regional business development, including expansion opportunities and strategic partnerships, while maintaining a clear focus on execution and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day leadership and support to country GMs to ensure operational, sales, and HR execution.
- Work closely with other regional teams.
- Drive performance in manned services, cash-in-transit, electronic security and new business development.
- Identify gaps in manpower, sales, or service delivery and lead initiatives to address them.
- Standardize operations across countries through process alignment and audit follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, labor regulations, statutory requirements, and any relevant industry standards in each operating jurisdiction.
- Guide country-level marketing efforts to drive revenue and ensure brand consistency.
- Support recruitment strategies, staff development, and succession planning.
- Participate in the development, analysis and evaluation of budgets, pricing, and financial performance.
- Assist with major tenders, regional expansion, and new service rollouts.
- Any other duties assigned.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- At least 5 years of senior operational or multi-site management experience, preferably in security, logistics, or field services.
- A Bachelor’s degree (BSc or equivalent), ideally in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong critical thinking skills with a proven ability to solve complex problems under pressure.
- Demonstrated experience leading through influence and collaboration across multiple teams and locations.
- Effective use of technology and systems to manage teams, track performance, and support decision-making.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and execution skills.
