GENERAL DESCRIPTION

 

The Regional Marketing Coordinator – Casual Dining is responsible for full brand ownership of the Casual Dining portfolio and for leading regional execution of marketing campaigns as assigned. This role ensures that Casual Dining brands grow in relevance, performance, and consistency while supporting disciplined execution across the wider brand portfolio.

           

The role balances brand strategy leadership with operational execution excellence.

 

Brand Ownership Scope

 

The role has full strategy and execution ownership for:

  • Ah Len
  • Rituals Sushi
  • Imperial Garden
  • Wok n Roll

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

Brand Strategy Ownership (Casual Dining Brands)

  • Develop and maintain brand strategy for owned brands.
  • Create annual and quarterly marketing plans.
  • Define brand positioning, tone, and market direction- inclusive of social media management of assigned brands or any other digital medium that is relevant to assigned market
  • Identify growth opportunities and competitive threats.
  • Own brand performance tracking and reporting.

 

2. Campaign Planning & Management

  • Develop campaign briefs and creative direction.
  • Coordinate full execution of campaign – inclusive of planning (supply chain projections, coordination/confirmation of training & overall operations readiness of campaign)
  • Build campaign calendars and rollout plans.
  • Coordinate asset development and approvals.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand standards.
  • Prepare store communication and launch packs.

 

3. Creative & Brand Standards

  • Define and enforce brand standards for owned brands.
  • Review and approve all creative assets for owned brands.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all markets and channels.
  • Protect brand integrity at all times.

 

4. Regional Execution Leadership

  • Lead campaign execution for assigned brands.
  • Validate store readiness prior to launches.
  • Coordinate rollout timelines and materials- inclusive of supply chain projections for campaigns and tracking
  • Confirm execution quality in market.
  • Document and resolve execution gaps.

 

5. Local Feasibility & Readiness

  • Assess operational feasibility of campaigns.
  • Flag risks, constraints, or readiness issues early.
  • Ensure marketing plans align with operational reality.
  • Act as the bridge between marketing intent and store execution.

 

6. Reporting & Performance

  • Deliver monthly brand performance summaries.
  • Delivery weekly post campaign/LTO performance summaries
  • Produce post-campaign evaluations.
  • Present insights and improvement recommendations.

 

7. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with Brand Leads for major brands.
  • Coordinate with Country Managers on readiness and constraints.
  • Align regularly with Regional Operations.
  • Escalate risks or delays proactively.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, public relations mass communication or related field
  • At least 3 years’ experience in higher level marketing support
  • Must have strong organization and project management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Firm grasp on various marketing platforms (IG, FB, Twitter, Tik Tok) channels and best practices including social, digital and email marketing
  • High levels of creativity and very in tune with internation trends within F&B

Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to travel – passport and visa needed
  • Reliable working vehicle is needed
  • Excellent communication skills and self-presentation
