Supports regional financial reporting and analysis across the Caribbean by consolidating country data, preparing regional and management reports, supporting audits and budgets, and analyzing financial variances to improve business performance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Prepare and consolidate regional financial reports using inputs from multiple Caribbean country finance teams.
•Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data submitted by each country.
•Standardize reporting formats and ensure compliance with regional accounting policies and timelines.
•Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts for: Regional holding company (HoldCo) and Intellectual Property (IP) company.
•Support intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and eliminations where applicable.
•Analyze financial results and highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities.

•Perform focused financial and operational analysis to support improved business performance across the region.

•Prepare variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior periods.
•Identify drivers of performance, cost variances, and profitability by country or business unit.
•Investigate financial variances or discrepancies identified in country submissions or regional reports.
•Work with country finance teams to understand root causes and ensure corrective actions.
•Improve data quality and strengthen financial controls through recommendations and follow-ups.
•Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
•Assist with the regional budgeting and forecasting process.
•Monitor budget performance and track key variances throughout the year.
•Support internal and external audits for regional entities, including HoldCo and IP company.
•Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation as required.
•Act as a key liaison between regional finance and country finance teams.
•Support continuous improvement of regional reporting processes, controls, and documentation.
•Assist with ad hoc finance projects and analysis as required.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. or
•Level 2 or higher of a Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA).

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
•3–5 years’ experience in accounting or finance, in a regional or multi-national group.
•Solid understanding of management accounts, consolidations, and intercompany accounting.
•High attention to detail with the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
•Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
