Adlinc is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Recruiting & Retention Specialist to support both internal hiring and client recruitment operations.
Role Overview
This role requires someone who can effectively manage multiple recruitment pipelines, while also taking ownership of recruitment systems, reporting, and process improvements in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
Full-Cycle Recruitment (Internal & Client)
Manage end-to-end recruitment for both Adlinc roles and client vacancies, often across multiple roles simultaneously
Partner with hiring managers and clients to define role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, databases, and proactive outreach
Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate all stages of the hiring process through to onboarding
Client-Facing Recruitment Support
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client recruitment needs
Provide consistent updates on pipeline activity, hiring progress, and challenges
Ensure delivery meets agreed timelines and quality expectations
Recruitment Systems & ATS Management (Zoho Recruit)
Manage and optimise workflows within Zoho Recruit, including pipelines, automations, and candidate tracking
Maintain high levels of data accuracy and system organisation
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual work
Recruitment Reporting & Analytics
Track and analyse key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source-of-hire, and pipeline conversion rates
Prepare regular reports for internal leadership and client stakeholders
Use data insights to recommend improvements to recruitment strategies and processes
Retention & HR Support
Support onboarding processes and contribute to employee/contractor retention initiatives
Assist in monitoring trends related to turnover and engagement
Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure smooth recruitment and HR processes
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years’ recruitment experience (agency or BPO experience is a plus)
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles or accounts
Strong working knowledge of Zoho Recruit or similar ATS, including automation setup
Ability to analyse recruitment data and generate reports
Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
