Recruiting Coordinator

Blewstream is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator / Recruiting Operations Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team by scheduling interviews, job tracking and handling candidate coordination.

Location: 26 Bay Road, St. James, Port of Spain, 16 Orange Grove Rd, Tacarigua (Trintoplan Compound), 14- 16 Turney Street, San Fernando

Employment Type: Full-Time, Hybrid

Role Overview

Support a high-volume recruiting function by owning interview scheduling, job order tracking, candidate coordination, and internal communication. This role is designed to provide operational leverage to senior recruiters and leadership, ensuring smooth workflows across multiple clients and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule client and candidate interviews across time zones
• Maintain Job Order trackers and candidate pipeline feedback in tracker, in real time
• Monitor recruiting inboxes and route requests appropriately
• Send interview confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
• Track candidate status and availability
• Support recruiters and delivery leads with day-to-day operations
• Help keep recruiting processes organized and moving quickly

Profile / Requirements

• 2-3 years in recruiting coordination, HR ops, or staffing support
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
• Able to juggle multiple priorities
• Proactive and responsive
