Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, high-energy, and able to multi-task? Then you will be the ideal candidate for the Recruiting Coordinator Role.
What will you do:
Support the recruiting team by scheduling interviews with candidates, Talent Acquisition, Team Managers, and Operations.
Interface with candidates, Operations Team, and Hiring Managers throughout the hiring process.
Stay engaged and consistently communicate with the candidate during the recruiting and hiring process.
Attending and participating in job fairs.
Source candidates by using job boards.
Greet and escort candidates onsite.
Manage calls and emails from candidates.
Keep recruiting reporting tools updated and accurate which include but are not limited to excel spreadsheets, applicable ATS', and other internal databases.
Send new hire notification emails to the necessary departments.
New hire processing: prepare offer letters and information packets for new hires.
Check candidate assessments and screenings to ensure they are cleared to start.
What will you bring:
2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably HR.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships are essential.
Ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization and solve problems while exhibiting sound judgment.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
Ability to manage a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable workload.
Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
