POSITION OVERVIEW
The Recruiter manages the full recruitment lifecycle for licensed therapists and healthcare support professionals. This role demands healthcare staffing knowledge - including licensure verification, credentialing, and compliance -as well as the ability to build lasting candidate relationships in a competitive talent market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Source and engage qualified therapeutic and allied health professionals using healthcare job boards (Health eCareers, Vivian Health, LinkedIn, and others), social media, and referral networks.
Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, credentialing, and offer management.
Verify professional licences, certifications, and credentials for each candidate prior to placement (state licensure, CPR/BLS, liability insurance, malpractice history).
Coordinate pre-employment compliance requirements: background checks, drug screening, reference
checks, health screenings, and TB tests as required by facility contracts.
Conduct structured interviews to assess clinical experience, specialisation, and fit for specific facility types.
Maintain an active, organised pipeline of credentialed candidates ready for rapid deployment.
Build long-term relationships with candidates to drive referrals and repeat placements.
Collaborate with the BD Manager and Staffing Coordinator to match candidate availability with open orders.
Maintain accurate records in ATS systems with up-to-date candidate profiles and compliance documentation.
