The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle of clinical professionals and support staff. This role is responsible for sourcing top talent, screening candidates and supporting successful placements.

Key Responsibilities
• Source and engage qualified healthcare professionals across multiple specialties.
• Manage recruitment from sourcing through placement.
• Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews with client facilities.
• Build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Maintain ATS, CRM, and recruitment records.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring standards.
• Negotiate offers and support onboarding.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred.
• Healthcare staffing experience highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and closing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, ATS, CRM, or VMS systems.
