Job Summary

The Recruitment Administrator will provide essential support to the recruitment team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role involves performing a variety of administrative, coordination, and support duties to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand vacancy requirements

  • Prepare advertisements for group wide vacancies

  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System and job boards to advertise and attract applicants

  • Share best fit applicants with hiring manager for further shortlisting

  • Schedule candidates for interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

  • Participate in the interview process

  • Coordinate pre-employment exercises for shortlisted candidates

  • Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process

  • Reduce time to hire and mitigate issues that may result in candidate loss

  • Initiate new hire onboarding process and monitor for successful completion

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and update Applicant Tracking System

  • Attend and participate in recruitment drives, career fairs, and sourcing initiatives

  • Work closely with hiring partnership organizations

  • Coordinate sourcing activities including job boards, social media, and recruitment initiatives

  • Prioritize and coordinate interviews for internal vacancies

  • Work with the team to ensure staffing targets are achieved

  • Ensure the timely completion of the neccessary background/reference checks

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in high-volume recruiting

  • Experience in Security, Hospitality, or BPO environments is strongly preferred

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies including ATS, job boards, and social media

  • Ability to identify and resolve recruitment challenges in a timely manner

  • Strong candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive data

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Proven experience and exposure to recruitment marketing

  • Proven experience recruiting senior managerial/executive Level roles

 

Additional Requirements

  • Must be flexible to travel for recruitment drives, job fairs, and sourcing initiatives

  • Must be willing to work beyond normal working hours and on weekends when required
