Developing and implementing innovative and compliant delinquency controls and strategies that align with the business objectives and risk appetite to achieve positive customer outcomes and mitigate risk of loss.
*Develop data-driven recoveries and collections strategies for stages of delinquency.
*Ensure recovery and collection strategies comply with internal and regulatory standards.
*Recognizing the early identification and mitigation of defaults
*Implement proactive measures to mitigate and/or minimise the risk of facilities migrating from performing to non-performing loans.
*Report and update on the collection and recoveries metrics for performance financial portfolios to internal partners and external agencies.
Develop ways to assist customers in arrears such as payment arrangements, applications for restructuring of accounts.
Required:
Experience with the following suystems - Signature UI and VQue/Web Collect, MIRTs, Nautilus systems)
Knowledge of mortgage portfolio underwriting practices and administration, recovery strategies and processes.
Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
