Job Summary
The Records and Admissions Officer is responsible for overseeing the student admissions process and maintaining accurate academic records. This role enhances the overall efficiency of the Registrar’s Office by organizing, retrieving, and managing both physical and digital student records.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions Processing:
Receive, review, and verify student applications for completeness and accuracy; input applicant data into the student information system; and support the coordination of admissions decisions.
Student Records Management:
Maintain accurate and confidential student records, including registration data, academic transcripts, enrollment statuses, and programme changes.
Registration Support:
Assist with semester registration activities, including course enrolment, add/drop processing, and verification of student eligibility.
Document Preparation & Issuance:
Prepare and issue official documents such as transcripts, enrollment letters, status confirmations, and academic certificates in accordance with established protocols.
Data Entry & Reporting:
Update and manage student data in the college’s information systems and produce reports required by the Registrar for planning and compliance.
Customer Service:
Respond to inquiries from prospective and current students, faculty, and stakeholders regarding admissions, registration, academic records, and institutional policies.

Annual Salary: - USD45,992.00 – USD53,336.00
Overseas recruits are eligible for a Housing Allowance of USD7,800.00 per annum. A settling-in loan and 10% gratuity upon successful completion of the contract of engagement.
