Position Summary:

Reconciliation Assistant needed to support our Operations Department with a temporary reconciliation project. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the completeness and accuracy of correcting entries.

  • Maintain accurate records and support report preparation as needed.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Technical Skills:

  • Data entry and accuracy

  • Reconciliation of financial data

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Database management

  • Report preparation

Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent organizational skills
