What You’ll Do:
✔ Represent as the first line of contact on the telephone or in person
ü Manage inbound and outbound calls courteously, professionally and promptly
ü Take and deliver messages
ü Receive and direct visitors
ü Perform clerical duties as required

What You Bring:
🔹 5 CXC subjects at Levels 1,2,3 inclusive of English Language and Mathematics or another
numerate subject;
🔹 Two (2) years’ overall working experience with at least one year in a similar position.
🔹 Delivery of quality customer service
🔹 Very good oral and written communication skills
🔹 Very good interpersonal skills
🔹 Attention to detail and accuracy in work
🔹 Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
🔹 Self-motivated and demonstrate personal responsibility and accountability
🔹 Knowledge of the operations of a standard switchboard
🔹 Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
🔹 Ability to use basic office systems
🔹 Compliance with organization and regulatory policies and procedures
