The Receptionist-Telephone Operator is responsible to greet and welcome all incoming visitors and guests to the Company. She will all receive all incoming telephone calls and forward appropriately or take messages as required.
At least one year’s experience as Receptionist/Telephone Operator.
Computer literate.
Good customer service skills.
Strong sense of integrity, fair play and confidentiality.
Good interpersonal relationship with all levels of staff and customers.
Ability to pay attention to details and good follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of Company’s product range
Good written and oral communications.
Ability to use initiative.
