We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for guests and clients. This individual should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have a strong aptitude for numbers, as well as excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all reservations via phone, email, in-person visits, and online platforms.
  • Generate and send quotations and invoices using Excel.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through our website chat, email, and social media accounts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, client interactions, and relevant documentation.
  • Provide general front-desk support and contribute to creating a welcoming and professional guest experience.

Key Skills/Attributes:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including basic formulas and formatting).
  • Customer service experience with a courteous and professional demeanour.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to manage web-based platforms and social media responses
    Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm
