Overview: Our client is a well-established community care organization responsible for the upkeep and co-ordination of tenant needs on the west-coast of Barbados. Due to an increase in activity, they urgently require a competent professional to assist with the running of the office based in Holetown. The role is part-time ( 4 - 6 x hours per day/4 - 5 x days per week) and they require someone to commence work by early September. 

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Filing of paperwork and general administration.
  • Acting as a Receptionist including receiving/making phone calls.
  • Receiving payments and writing receipts.
  • Generating/issuing property access cards from computer system.
  • Email correspondence.
  • inputting data onto spreadsheets.
  • Ordering supplies.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
  • 2 Years Administrative Experience
  • 5 CXC's including Maths and English
  • 2 Years relative Work Experience 
  • Hospitality experience preferable, but general Customer Care experience would be considered.
  • Tech-savvy and competent using Excel, Word, Power Point.
  • PCC (Police Certificate of Character) preferable.
