Reach Lift Operators

The Reach Lift Operators collaborates with internal stakeholders to safely operate reach lift equipment within warehouse environment for the movement of goods while maintaining compliance with all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and Food Safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate reach lift equipment safely in aisles and high‑bay racking
• Accurate movement and safe handling of goods to maintain product integrity and supply chain standards
• Facilitate transfer of goods, assets, and inventory between assigned Warehouses
• Efficient and safe off-loading of containers and loading of vehicles
• Ensuring proper housekeeping standards are upheld
• Perform routine machine equipment checks and report issues immediately
• Complying with all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) qualities and food safety standards 

Position Requirements:

• Must be certified to operate reach lifts equipment
• At least 2 years’ experience in a Warehousing environment
• Minimum of 3 CSEC/‘O’ Level Passes or a combination of training and experience
• Availability to work flexible hours
