KPMG Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS) is seeking a Technology Business Analyst to support the Risk Management Audit Independence (RMAI) function for KPMG US. This is your chance to collaborate with global stakeholders, drive innovation, and help optimize digital operations within a world-class organization.

What You’ll Do As a Technology Business Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our digital transformation efforts, supporting the Personal Independence (PI) organization. You’ll work closely with leadership, vendors, and technical teams to:

• Define and document business and technical requirements
• Onboard brokerage firms and troubleshoot data feed issues
• Manage rollout plans and budget tracking
• Administer access controls and support internal audits
• Facilitate privacy assessments and application testing
• Provide training, documentation, and basic troubleshooting

Who You’ll Work With

• You’ll report to the JESS RMAI COE Manager and collaborate with PI team members and external partners to deliver high-quality service and continuous improvement.
  

What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in IT operations, project management, or tech consulting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt or higher) and project management is a plus

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

•Expected to work in a fast-paced team environment.
•Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire  workday to access data or perform activities.
•May be required to work extended hours periodically or on public holidays.
