1. Radio Frequency Engineer (Onsite)
Job Responsibilities for Radio Frequecy Engineer include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Improve and optimize network experience, including OSS and drive test KPI
2. Responsible for the wireless network optimization project delivery, rollout site verification and output report:
- GSM, UMTS, LTE Radio Network planning (site design, audit, simulation, link budget, cell planning, parameter design, site survey, model tuning, etc)
- GSM, UMTS, LTE Radio Network optimization (Drive test, site RF tuning and performance & parameter optimization, site delivery, trouble shooting, etc)- Optimizes new and existing network elements, links budget analysis, system dimensioning for coverage and capacity, initial system design and dimensioning, site identification and evaluation and zones analysis.
- Customer technical communication and internal organization, project management and be able to independently communicate with customers about network performance and handle VIP issues
Qualification and Requirements for Radio Frequency Engineer
1. Have understanding of GSM, UMTS, and LTE radio network knowledge, be able to comprehensively improve network performance, including network rate, accessibility, and retainability
2. English to be used as the working language,
3. willingness for overtime work and cross-country business trips
4. At least 3 years of project delivery experience in the mobile network domain (e.g. FTTX, GSM, UMTS or CDMA Project)
2. Core Network Engineer - (Onsite) Job Responsibilitiesfor Core Network Engineer include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Act as the core network delivery Technical Engineer (TE), Team Lead (TL), or Technical Director (TD) responsible for the foll owi ng tasks during Core Network
CS&IMS/PS/5G/HSS/PCRF/DRA projects:
2. Network design, installation, and deployment. Interconnection commissioning, system cutover, upgrades, and capacity expansion s. Ensure seamless communication
support for major events, guaranteeing data and voice service availability.
3. Facilitate effective communication with customers throughout the project delivery lifecycle to ensure successful delivery and ma intain high levels of customer
satisfaction.
4. Be open and available for business travel across Central America and the Caribbean to provide technical support to projects i n n ear by countries

Service Skills Requirement for Core Network Engineer:
1. Strong ability to communicate technical solutions, project plans, and progress updates with junior level customer representatives, securing customer support and trust.
2. Ability to accurately understand, analyze, and manage customer requirements while translating them into actionable and feasible technical solutions.
3. Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, such as: Delivery strategies, Technical solutions and designs, Cybersecurity compliance and related challenges.
4. Address and resolve technical challenges during project execution by: Developing effective solution plans.Conducting design reviews, quality controls, and on site
construction supervisions. Tracking partner performance and progress to ensure adherence to process specifications.
5. Possess at least 2 years of experience in the telecommunications or IT industry, with expertise in relevant technologies such as:
• Telecom: Core network, IP, network management, etc.
• IT: Operating Systems (OS), databases, cloud platforms, virtualization, and middleware.
Professional Knowledge Requirements for Cor Network Engineer
1. Proficient understanding of CS, IMS, NGN, HSS, PCRF, PS, NFV, and IT related products from any vendor. Preferably, hands on experience with
developing, testing, and maintaining core network products, such as NFVI, MANO, CS/PS, and 5GC.
2. Familiar with call signaling protocols, network evolution strategies, and datacom network design and commissioning within the communications
industry.
3. Knowledgeable in IT system architecture, Internet system development, and operational best practices.
4. Basic expertise in public, private, or hybrid cloud environments, including:
- Cloud network design principles,
- Integration, implementation, and operational strategies.
3. Microwave Engineer (onsite)Position responsibilities for microwave engineer include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. System Design: Designing microwave communication systems based on project requirements and specifications.
2. Network Planning: Conducting network planning activities, such as link budget calculations, path analysis, and frequency plan nin g for microwave
communication networks.
3. Installation and Commissioning: Overseeing the installation and commissioning of microwave equipment and antennas, ensuring p rop er alignment
and configuration.
4. System Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues with microwave networks, performing troubleshooting activi tie s, and
implementing necessary corrective actions.
5. Performance Optimization: Monitoring and optimizing the performance of microwave networks, analyzing performance metrics, and making
recommendations for improvements
6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate documentation of network configurations, performing regular reporting on ne two rk
performance and status, and providing technical reports as required
Knowledge and Skillset requirements for Microwave engineer
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in communication engineering, electrical engineering, photoelectric engineering, computer field or re lated fields.
2. Technical knowledge both in microwave theory and microwave equipment.
3. Understand well microwave project delivery flow, and with project management knowledge.
4. Capability of microwave maintenance and troubleshooting.
5. IP knowledge.
6. Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skill, having the service consciousness.
7. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skill.
