The successful candidate should be able to confidently drive sales through engagement, listening and sharing product knowledge and willing to build client relationships. Comfortable interacting with customers daily and should possess a friendly demeanor, good attitude and effective communication skills. Must be able to understand a customer’s needs and preferences and provide recommendations. Should enjoy working in a fast-moving team environment.

Minimum of 3 years Retail Sales experience in the automotive industry along with experience and knowledge of automotive parts sales would be advantageous.  Being enthusiastic about cars would be an advantage.

The successful applicant should have a minimum of 5 Levels/CXC/CSEC, including English and Mathematics.
